The customer agrees not to hold Bear Necessities Portable Restrooms liable for any damage(s) done to the RV while removing the waste from the tank(s), this includes all tanks, toilets, valve(s), valve handles, or plumbing.
The customer agrees if they are on a repeat waste removal schedule, then the card on file will be ran at the end of the billing cycle or if this is a one time service then payment is due at the time of booking
The customer agrees that if the card on file is declined, that Bear Necessities Portable Restrooms will try to run the card one (1) more time to recover funds. On the second (2) time of declined, then future service will be cancelled until past due amount is paid in full. A finance charge will be added for any card that is declined.
The customer agrees that once the pumper truck hose is connected to the RV, you will be billed for the full amount whether any waste comes out of the tank(s) or not. There will be no refunds.
The customer agrees that by scheduling an RV Waste Removal from Bear Necessities Portable Restrooms and the service technician is unable to get to the RV, there will be a service charge to reschedule the technician at a later date to fit our schedule. Reasons that could prevent the service technician from doing his job. • Vehicle(s) and/or equipment blocking the path to the RV. • Supplies blocking the path to the RV. • If the RV has frozen pipes. • If the RV has frozen valves. • The RV is behind a locked gate. • Dog(s) acting aggressive to the service technician. • Or for any reason that prevents the service technician to perform the scheduled task.
The customer agrees that Bear Necessities Portable Restrooms service technician will allow the customer to flush out the waste tank for a short period of time (15-20 Seconds, Max) after the tanks have been empty. The customer agrees that if they choose to fill up the waste tank with fresh water by rinsing the waste tank out, the customer will be charges for the pump out of that tank a second time. Driver will notify the office and a fee will be charged to the card on file.
Service technician pumps until nothing comes out of the pipe, if you call us and say your RV needs pumped again because your gage is saying its full, we will consider that a new job and bill accordingly. We will not come back to pump the RV for free just on your hunch. Reasons why your gages say you are showing full after we have pumped the RV. • The gauges are not accurate. • Something is on sensor in the tank(s) causing the gauge(s) to say they are full; this could include toilet paper and/or waste. • The customer not using enough water to be able to pump the waste out. • The pipe between the toilet and the tank is plugged and full.
Bear Necessities Portable Restrooms trains our service technicians to close all valves after the removal of waste from all tanks. We are not liable for any damage if you overflow your tank(s) and cause damage to your own RV. It is your responsibility to check your gages for the capacity of the tank. We do not leave waste, gray or galley tank valves open.
The customer agrees that by scheduling an RV service(s) and the service technician shows up on site and customer decides to send them away without servicing the RV, that you will be billed a serviced charge for the technicians time.
