Planning Your Event

Are you planning your event and wondering how many porta potties do you need? Use the chart below for our minimum recommendations to help determine the correct amount that you need when no pumping service is provided based on a 50/50 mix of men and women.  Determine your guest count and the number of hours of the event. If your event is multiple days, use the day with the largest attendance.

Note: If food and/or alcohol is being served, add 10 - 20% more restrooms. Also add more units if your event will tend to have a lot of people needing to use the porta potties at approximately the same time rather than spaced evenly throughout the day. Don't forget to include volunteers, security and vendors that will use the porta potties along with your guest.
